It was a book about hopes. After reading the book I learnt that we should never lose hopes. We should keep on trying, and there will be one day when we will succeed! This book is about a girl, Lily Thomas. She is seventeen years old and she is a ski champion who is currently training for the Olympics. One day she went for her training as usual, but, what happened with her that day was not usual! The chairlift broke! This caused her to have a spinal injury. She could never stand again.
